Fill out this all driver survey below to shape NYTWA's Driver Power Agenda - the next phase of our fight!

From the strongest protections against unfair Uber/Lyft  deactivations in the country (including for yellow cab drivers), to $475 million debt relief for medallion owner-drivers, to the $328 million recovered from Uber/Lyft Wage theft, to the raises of 2022/2023, and to the $140 million settlement for drivers unlawfully suspended by TLC upon arrest, our union fights on multiple fronts and secures big victories. We build driver unity to build driver power and we fight to leave no one behind. In the coming weeks, the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection will announce regulations and a timeline so appeals of past deactivations can be filed and the new law we won, Local Law 52, will be full force in effect!  We also expect to bring the last remaining medallion loans to the finish line under the city-backed guarantee, build our driver owned insurance company, lower TLC fees and fines, and see in motion an anti-hustling campaign at the airports.

Brothers and sisters: to secure the dignified future for our families, we can – and must - achieve so much more!
